Regional Safety Manager
Laurin is in charge of many of the company’s safety programs, including the Corporate Safety Manual and New Employee Safety Handbook. She also manages the environmental efforts for our fabrication shops and regularly makes site visits to help ensure all safety standards are meticulously followed. Laurin views each interaction with the field as an opportunity to support their efforts to promote safety, quality, and productivity.
An experienced industry veteran, Laurin joined the corporate safety team in 2012. She is a graduate of Purdue University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in occupational health, as well as a Bachelor of Science in environmental health.
Laurin is authorized through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to teach OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Courses. From the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), she has achieved certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC), and Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP).
Laurin is married and has three children. She loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, boating, reading, and listening to podcasts.
