Client Objectives

The client needed to build a new state of the art food processing facility on a fast-track timeline.

Scope of Services

Shambaugh oversaw installation of all mechanical and electrical, wastewater, process piping, utilities, and fire protection systems for this facility. The project included separate receiving and storage areas for raw corn, corn, and wheat flour. For this six month “fast-track”, turnkey, Design-Build project, Shambaugh fabricated all specialty equipment in their proprietary fabrication shop.
