Strategic Alliance Project Agreement for MEP Services

Shambaugh & Son provided all of Bayer's Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for three years prior to this Elkhart, IN plant closing and on a strategic alliance basis, brought new productivity, efficiency of staffing and effective safety planning to the pharmaceutical facility. Site crews ranged from 20-80 field personnel in addition to engineering, project management, and cost estimating resources.

 

The Bayer Project Team commented on selection of Shambaugh & Son:

"Shambaugh had very competitive rates for their construction resources. The deciding factor in our selection was the additional resources they brought to the table. We believe they can increase our efficiency on construction projects. We are looking for some significant savings compared to how we have previously performed our project construction."
