Shambaugh provided all of Bayer's MEP disciplines for three years prior to plant closing and on a strategic alliance basis, brought new productivity, efficiency of staffing and effective safety plan to site. Site crews ranged from 20-80 field personnel in addition to engineering, project management, and cost estimating resources.

 

The Bayer Project Team commented on selection of Shambaugh:

"Shambaugh had very competitive rates for their construction resources. The deciding factor in our selection was the additional resources they brought to the table. We believe they can increase our efficiency on construction projects. We are looking for some significant savings compared to how we have previously performed our project construction."
