  • We were responsible for all MEP and general construction disciplines
  • Installed all processing equipment, a flour handling system and continuous dough making and baking lines
  • 50,000 square foot facility expansion for bulk pizza baking was designed and constructed in 15 weeks
  • New facility produces 5,700 homestyle frozen pizzas per hour
  • Installed 28 high-speed packaging machines and largest fastback conveyor in the world!
  • Project completion five months ahead of planned schedule
  • Installed seven new production lines
  • Designed a sequential cooking and soaking system
  • Integrated their plant floor PLC's via Ethernet with their AS/400 system
