• B. S. Degree in Industrial Management - Purdue University
• Graduate of Dale Carnegie Course with Highest Award for Achievement
• Over 50 hours per year of continuing education with Fails Management Institute, Disney Institute, MCAA, NECA, and Shambaugh & Son University
• President of Wabash Valley MCA and Chairman of the Board of Directors and the following committees: Negotiating, Nominating, Scholarship, and Industry Promotion
• Member of Central Indiana Chapter of NECA and member of Negotiating Committee
• Member of Board of Directors of the Greater Lafayette Council of the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety
• 38 years with the Ed Grace Division (20 years with Shambaugh and Son)
• Experience includes division management, operations management, project management, project estimating, design-and-build projects, material and equipment procurement, etc. for industrial, institutional, and commercial customers for projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to $57,000,000.
• Currently responsible for the Division Management of the Ed Grace Division of Shambaugh and Son including all mechanical, electrical, and service activities.
